Join us for a special tour of Ireland's Wild Gardens to celebrate William Robinson's Wild Garden book. We'll be taking in private and public gardens throughout Ireland and exploring the wild side of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic  Way as well as Dublin,  Waterford, and Northern Ireland.

This is a learning tour, where you will be immersed in talks, walks, and discussions with the locals to learn more about sustainable gardening in your garden and life as Robinson first taught.

 Gardens in Ireland consist of some very formal gardens such as Powerscourt Gardens in County Wicklow, to Wild Gardens that so many in Ireland fashioned themselves after in Robinson's book The Wild Garden written in 1870 and republished in an expanded version in 2009 by Rick Darke. On tour we try and explore all sorts of gardens that span Ireland in private back gardens to the great estates such as Mount Stewart, Powerscourt then on to Burtown House & Gardens, Jimi Blake's Hunting Brook Gardens, and making sure you see the real back roads of Ireland, exploring as much as we can and allowing you time to see the different gardens at their best.  

This is a two-week tour of gardens and historic houses. We will visit off-the-beaten-path properties, chat with the owners of the houses and gardens, and spend our evenings in these historic places so steeped in Irish history affording one time to enjoy the real Ireland and her people. We even left a few spa days in the itinerary this year! 
The jewel in the crown?  The spas at Powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow and The Europe in beautiful Killarney.  Both spas are ESPA and The Europe's spa has just won the Luxury Spa Award boasting 50,0000 square feet.  We love this offering as a way to unwind in some of the most beautiful places in Ireland and indeed, in the world.  We hope you can join us for this wonderful tour full of lovely gardens, food, and best of all, Ireland's people.
